Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details for your parcel.  

* Next Day delivery requires orders to be placed by 12pm for delivery the following day, Monday to Thursday. Any orders received on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday and those received after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the allocated time, please use our contact form so that we can investigate the matter and do our very best to ensure you receive your item. 

Should you wish to change your delivery address once the order has been placed, please use our contact form to get in touch and as long as the item has not been despatched we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If for any reason there is nobody available to sign for the item, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions detailing the collection or re-delivery of the item.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please use the contact form to notify us within 24 hours of placing the initial order.

If you wish to return an item for either a refund or an exchange please complete our contact form so that we are able to email a returns note with instructions on how to complete the return.

We aim to offer a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) if you return any unwanted items within 14 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

We will refund the card with which the original order was placed within 3 days of receiving the return, however, please note that the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been processed.

Subject to availability you are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item. Please complete our contact form in order to receive a returns note with instructions.

If you are exchanging for an item with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will be required to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase.

No additional shipping costs will be charged for exchanges.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit; therefore, we recommend you return items using Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature.


  • Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Service: For ultimate convenience, please contact us and we will provide you with your DHL Returns label and Customs paperwork. DHL will collect your items from your chosen address on a day/timeslot of your choice, alternatively you can drop off your item at your preferred DHL service point. We will receive your item within just a few days and process your exchange/refund immediately. Once your item has been collected/dropped off:

  • We will receive your items back with 2-3 days
  • We will contact you to confirm receipt and that your exchange/refund has been processed
  • For any items to be exchanged the normal delivery charge will apply

Returns will be charged at $15 and the amount will be deducted from your refund.
