Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details for your parcel.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the allocated time, please use our contact form so that we can investigate the matter and do our very best to ensure you receive your item.

Should you wish to change your delivery address once the order has been placed, please use our contact form to get in touch and as long as the item has not been despatched we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If for any reason there is nobody available to sign for the item, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions detailing the collection or re-delivery of the item.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please use the contact form to notify us within 24 hours of placing the initial order.

RETURNS

If you wish to return any equipment or coffeeware items for either a refund or an exchange please complete our contact form so that we are able to email a returns note with instructions on how to complete the return. Please note that as coffee is a consumable product we cannot accept returns the exception being if the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged.

We aim to offer a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) if you return any unwanted items within 14 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

We will refund the card with which the original order was placed within 3 days of receiving the return, however, please note that the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.

You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been processed.

All items that are returned must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit; therefore, we recommend you return items using Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature.
